Acceptable Use Policy

We support founders building legitimate global businesses. We do not work with, and will decline or terminate engagements involving:

  • Fraudulent businesses
  • Sanctioned activities and sanctioned persons or countries
  • Gambling, betting and wagering businesses
  • Adult content and adult services
  • Unlicensed financial services
  • Certain crypto businesses, including unlicensed exchanges and mixers
  • Counterfeit and infringing products
  • Businesses hiding beneficial ownership
  • Applicants providing false addresses, documents or business descriptions

Screening

We screen every application before accepting a client. If your business is borderline, tell us early — we'll be direct about whether we can help.

Ongoing obligation

If a founder's business changes materially after engagement, this policy still applies. We reserve the right to end an engagement if the business moves into an excluded category.
