Digital guides are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, because we cannot revoke access to information you've already read. If your access link is broken, contact us and we'll fix it.
Assisted Setup
The service fee is fully refundable up until the readiness call. After the call, we've already invested time — refunds are pro-rated based on the work delivered.
Full Launch Package
Refundable in full within 3 business days of payment, before kick-off. After kick-off, pro-rated by milestone.
External costs
State fees, Stripe Atlas fees, EIN service fees, and partner fees (accountants, registered agents) are not refundable by FounderAtlas — those go to third parties.
