This policy applies when you visit founder-portal.com, submit a contact form, complete the readiness assessment, use the pricing calculator, request or receive an estimate, subscribe to updates, communicate with us by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, schedule a consultation, upload documents, purchase or receive our services, work with a professional partner we introduce, apply to become a partner or contractor, or otherwise provide personal information to us.

This policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of Stripe, Stripe Atlas, banks, insurers, accountants, lawyers, tax professionals, website platforms, advertising platforms, or other third parties. Those organisations operate under their own privacy notices and terms.

3. Personal information we collect

Identity and contact: name, email, telephone, WhatsApp number, Telegram username, country of residence, address, preferred language and contact method, job title and company role.

Business and company information: business name, proposed and existing company name, country of incorporation, business structure, industry, business model, products/services, target customers and markets, website, revenue and pricing model, expected payment volume, average transaction size, number of founders, ownership percentages, investment plans, launch timeline, current Stripe/banking/accounting status. Some of this may be personal information when it identifies an individual founder, owner, director, employee, or representative.

Readiness assessment information: business stage, formation plans, founder and ownership information, website and payment readiness, expected customer activity, industry-risk information, service requirements, budget, timeline, responses, score and recommended next steps. The readiness score is an internal preparation indicator, not a legal opinion, financial assessment, credit score, or prediction of approval by Stripe, a bank, insurer, government authority, or other provider.

Calculator and estimate information: company-structure selection, selected services, estimated one-time / monthly / annual costs, custom-quotation requests, estimate reference number, contact information, business type, website, launch timeline, preferred language, consent preferences.

Communication information: content of contact-form messages, emails, WhatsApp/Telegram messages, video consultations, calls, support requests, meeting notes, feedback, complaints and service enquiries. Where legally permitted we may keep written notes; we do not record audio or video without informing participants where consent or notice is required.

Documents and uploaded files: company documents, formation documents, EIN confirmation, contracts, invoices, website screenshots, business plans, product information, accounting records, insurance information, and other supporting documents you provide.

Website and device information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, screen size, approximate location, language settings, referral source, pages viewed, time spent on pages, buttons clicked, form and calculator interactions, session information, cookie identifiers, error and security logs.

Partner, contractor and supplier information: where relevant, company details, professional role, qualifications, licence information, service areas, engagement history, payment and contract information, and communication records.

4. How we collect information

Directly from you: when you complete a form, use the calculator, take the assessment, contact us, upload documents, book a call, or purchase a service.

From professional partners: accountants, lawyers, insurance professionals, developers, marketing providers and other service partners, only where necessary to coordinate an authorised service.

From public sources: company websites, public company registers, professional profiles, social media business pages and public directories.

Automatically: through cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

5. How we use personal information

To reply to enquiries; deliver purchased services; coordinate with Stripe Atlas, banks, tax and legal partners; issue estimates and proposals; process payments and invoices; provide support; run and improve the website, calculator and assessment; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain security; comply with law; maintain suppression lists after unsubscribe; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We will not use personal information for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate legal basis or notice where required.

6. Legal bases for processing

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we rely on: your consent (for optional communications and non-essential cookies); performance of a contract (to deliver services you engaged us for); legitimate interests (to run, protect and improve the business, subject to your rights); and legal obligations (accounting, tax, corporate, court orders and other legal requirements).

7. Assessments, calculators and estimates

The readiness assessment, pricing calculator and estimates provide a readiness score, preliminary estimate, suggested next steps, suggested additional services and warnings about missing information. These are informational and preliminary. They do not approve or reject your company, approve or reject Stripe, determine banking or insurance eligibility, or provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies (site functionality, security, consent storage, language preference), analytics cookies (to understand traffic and improve the site), and, where you consent, preference and marketing cookies. Details and choices are in our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time.

9. Who we share information with

Team members and contractors: authorised personnel who need the information to perform their work.

Hosting and technology providers: website hosting, cloud storage, forms, CRM, email, video conferencing and analytics providers.

Professional partners: accountants, lawyers, insurance professionals, bankers, developers and marketing specialists, only after you consent to a specific introduction.

Stripe and Stripe Atlas: when you choose to use Stripe or Stripe Atlas, you provide information directly to Stripe or through its systems under Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms. Founder Portal does not control Stripe’s independent processing or decisions.

Legal and government authorities: where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety and property.

We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers.

10. International data transfers

Founder Portal is based in Armenia. Some service providers or professional partners may operate in other countries, including the United States, the European Economic Area, and other jurisdictions. Where personal information is transferred internationally we take reasonable steps to protect it in line with applicable law.

No internet-based system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable steps to reduce risk and respond to suspected incidents.

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to processing of your personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; complain to a data-protection authority; or seek a legal remedy. Where the GDPR applies, it provides rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

15. Marketing communications

We may send marketing or educational communications where you consented, where otherwise permitted by law, and where you have not opted out. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message or by emailing us.

16. Children

Founder Portal services are not directed to children. If we learn a child submitted personal information without appropriate authorisation, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents and guardians may contact privacy@founder-portal.com.

17. Third-party websites and services

The Founder Portal website may link to Stripe, Stripe Atlas, banks, accountants, lawyers, insurers, hosting providers and other third parties. Their own privacy notices apply to information you provide to them.
