Company & Stripe Setup ($490)
Fully refundable before the kick-off call. After kick-off, refunds are pro-rated by milestone: (1) intake & readiness review, (2) Atlas submission preparation, (3) EIN/Stripe activation follow-up, (4) post-formation checklist delivered.
Additional services (accounting, legal, website, SEO, PPC, SMM, CRM, AI)
Fully refundable before kick-off. After kick-off, pro-rated by delivered milestone. For work performed by qualified partners, the partner's own refund policy governs the partner's fee.
Digital guides and checklists
Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, because access cannot be revoked after content is read. If your access link is broken, contact us and we will fix it.
Third-party fees
Stripe Atlas, the state of Delaware, the IRS, banks, insurers, hosting providers, and tax partners charge their own fees. Those fees are not refundable by Founder Portal.
Rejections outside our control
If Stripe, a bank, or a state agency declines an application, Founder Portal fees for work already delivered are not automatically refunded. We will document what was done and, where possible, help you address the reason with an alternative provider.
