2. Scope

This policy applies when you visit the website, submit a contact form, complete the readiness assessment, use the pricing calculator, request an estimate, upload a document, attend a consultation, purchase a service, use a Founder Portal client portal, access a shared project system, communicate with our team or a professional partner, use an automation or AI system provided by Founder Portal, use technical access granted during a project, or interact with any Founder Portal API, form, integration, dashboard, or digital tool. It applies whether access is free or paid, temporary or ongoing, direct or through a partner, personal or on behalf of a company.

3. Relationship with other terms

This policy forms part of the Founder Portal Terms of Service and should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy and Partner Disclosure. A proposal, statement of work, professional agreement or third-party provider policy may impose additional requirements; where different rules apply, the stricter lawful requirement may be enforced.

4. Acceptance

You agree to this policy when you use the website, submit information, check an acceptance box, purchase a service, accept a proposal, sign a service agreement, access a client system, upload documents, or continue using a service after receiving notice of this policy.

5. Permitted use

You may use Founder Portal for lawful business purposes, including: learning about US company formation, preparing a genuine Stripe Atlas application, preparing accurate founder and ownership information, reviewing setup options, preparing a legitimate Stripe account, organising a business website, configuring legitimate payment systems, preparing business banking information, coordinating accounting or tax services, requesting contract or legal support, requesting business insurance support, building a website, running lawful marketing campaigns, implementing CRM systems, automating legitimate business processes, developing responsible AI tools, and managing genuine company operations. Use must remain consistent with applicable law, Founder Portal agreements, third-party provider terms, professional requirements, privacy and data-protection obligations, intellectual-property rights and consumer-protection requirements.

6. Accurate and complete information

All information you provide must be genuine, complete, current, honestly presented, and provided with proper authority. If information changes materially, you agree to update it promptly.

7. False identities, addresses, and ownership

You must not use Founder Portal to impersonate another person, use a false name, submit forged identity documents, use another person’s address as your own, use a mailbox or virtual office as a founder’s residence when it is not, hide beneficial ownership, misrepresent nationality, or submit false contracts, tax records, company documents, altered screenshots, fabricated customer records, transaction or fulfilment evidence, fake supplier information, or fraudulent signatures.

8. Pass-through and pre-opened accounts

Founder Portal does not sell or provide pre-formed companies as approval shortcuts, pre-approved Stripe accounts or pre-approved bank accounts, and will not offer account-opening as a pass-through service without genuine added value. Every company, Stripe account and bank account must be opened in your name using accurate information.

9. Lawful business activity

You may use Founder Portal only for lawful products and services. You must not use Founder Portal in connection with illegal goods or services, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, sanctioned activity, unlicensed regulated services, adult content, gambling, unlicensed investment or lending, unlicensed cryptocurrency services, unlicensed crowdfunding, misleading health or medical claims, pyramid or recruitment-based sales schemes, misleading income opportunities, fake testimonials or fabricated case studies, unrealistic guarantees, or false scarcity.

10. Sanctions and restricted jurisdictions

You must not use Founder Portal to conduct prohibited cross-border transactions and must disclose when a founder or beneficial owner is subject to sanctions, or when a target country is restricted.

11. Account and credential security

You must not share with Founder Portal or through Founder Portal systems your passwords, one-time verification codes, recovery codes, private keys, full card details, card security codes, or online-banking credentials. Where temporary technical access is necessary, access should be limited, separate user permissions should be used where possible, and access should be removed once no longer required.

12. Uploads and content

You must not upload stolen records, confidential documents you are not authorised to disclose, malware, executable scripts, files intended to attack or test the website, illegal content, or any material that infringes another person’s rights. Uploads must be relevant to the service and provided lawfully.

13. Intellectual property

You must not use Founder Portal to sell counterfeit products, copy another company’s website unlawfully, use unlicensed photographs, use stolen designs, reproduce protected software, or distribute pirated media.

14. Systems, security and technical integrity

You must not intercept communications, access another client’s information, alter logs, disable security controls, attempt to obtain non-public source code or data, exceed rate or API limits, or perform commercial data extraction or high-volume automated access without written permission.

15. Spam and unsolicited communication

You must not use Founder Portal to send unlawful marketing, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, or any communication that violates messaging or advertising rules.

16. Harassment, abuse and unlawful conduct

You must not use Founder Portal or communications with our team or partners to threaten or intimidate, use hate speech, sexually harass, repeatedly abuse staff, make knowingly false accusations, or attempt to coerce an unlawful action.

17. AI and automation misuse

You must not use Founder Portal AI or automation tools to automate harassment, generate fake customer records, produce fabricated evidence, manipulate reviews, create deceptive testimonials, evade platform controls, or make unlawful high-impact decisions.

18. Client portal and shared systems

You must not share portal access publicly, upload unlawful material, copy internal Founder Portal systems, reverse engineer the portal, use the portal as unrelated file storage, or attempt to bypass permissions.

19. Marketing content, reviews and disclosures

Marketing content produced with our help must avoid misleading partner claims and guaranteed results. Reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine experiences. Any material relationship, incentive, discount, referral arrangement or sponsorship must be disclosed where required.

20. Founder Portal responses

Where a concern arises, Founder Portal may request updated documents, pause the service, restrict technical access, remove uploaded material, disable a form or account, require professional review, or refuse submission support. We may not be able to disclose every detail of an investigation, another person’s private information, information restricted by law, or internal security methods.

21. Suspension and termination

Founder Portal may suspend or terminate access where this policy is breached, systems are attacked, the service is used to harm another person, or continuing would breach law or professional obligations. Termination does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for completed work.

22. Reinstatement

Reinstatement may be considered after corrective action and additional information; Founder Portal is not required to continue a service where doing so would create unlawful or unacceptable risk.

23. Law-enforcement and legal requests

We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities, courts and regulators consistent with our Privacy Policy.

24. Client responsibility

You remain responsible for your business, the accuracy of your information, compliance with third-party provider terms (including Stripe, Stripe Atlas, banks and insurers), and your ongoing legal and tax obligations.

25. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will notify you by email, client portal, website notice, an updated agreement or another appropriate method.

26. Report a concern

To report a policy or security concern email abuse@founder-portal.com. Please describe the concern, share any relevant reference (for example a message ID, page URL or estimate reference), attach up to 3 files (DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PNG or TXT, 10 MB each), and flag urgency where there is an immediate safety or security risk or active fraud.
